The F87 M2 was produced from 2016 through 2021. The 2016-2018 models are referred to by the enthusiast community as the "OG" (Original Generation) and feature an N55 series straight-6 single turbo powerplant. This 100% stock, one-owner, 6-speed example has a white exterior and black interior, and features the desirable 6-speed manual transmission. It has exceptionally low documented mileage at only 2,700 kilometres, and has lived all it's (mostly indoor) life in Vancouver.
The F87 is the spiritual descendant of the 1 Series M Coupe, and was replaced by the G87 M2 in 2023. Even within the M family of BMWs, the original F87 M2 is regarded my many as a "purist" machine with its light weight, raucous-sounding exhaust, and lively and involving chassis.
Although this vehicle's CarFax shows a $1,640 ($Can) "accident" in June 2019, the actual repair estimate (downloadable file below, sourced directly from ICBC) shows the damage was restricted to scratches on the left front bumper cap which were touched up, replacement of the reflector in the bumper cap and polishing of a wheel: there was no metal or other damage to the front of the car (and thus no repainting of metal body parts that would show in paint meter readings), and the "repair" work was mostly labour.
Without doubt, this is one of the lowest mileage F87 M2s in North America. As the underside and exterior photos show, it is a spotless example; effectively still a "new" car.
